About this service

TenancyPack provides pre-filled tenancy document template packs for landlords in England. Each pack contains 14 document templates drafted with reference to the Renters' Rights Act 2025 and related housing legislation.

By using this service, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Not legal advice

TenancyPack provides document templates only. The service does not constitute legal advice, and no solicitor-client relationship is created between you and TenancyPack. We are not a law firm, and we are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

If your circumstances are unusual or complex, you may wish to seek independent legal advice.

Pricing and payment

The price for a document pack is £29.99 per property. This is a one-off payment. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Cancellation and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content. However, by proceeding with payment and immediate generation of your document pack, you consent to the supply of digital content beginning immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the documents have been generated.

We also offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your document pack for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@tenancypack.co.uk and we will issue a full refund.

What you receive

Upon payment, you receive a ZIP file containing 14 individual PDF documents and a combined PDF with all documents, pre-filled with the property, landlord, and tenant details you provided. The ZIP file is available for immediate download from the checkout success page.

Document packs are stored for 12 months from the date of generation. We recommend downloading and saving a copy for your records.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the documents complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

The documents are provided for your personal use in connection with the tenancies you manage. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the document templates.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenancyPack's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this service is limited to the amount you paid for the document pack (£29.99).

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the documents, including but not limited to losses arising from court proceedings, regulatory action, or disputes with tenants.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
